Listen to your voicemails using your desktop phone

1. Press the Voicemail button on the phone
2. Enter your PIN
3. Follow the prompts to listen to your voicemail

Listen to your voicemail using the WebEx App

1. Open the app and click on the voicemail icon (refer to image below)
2. If you have a voicemail listed, click on the voicemail
3. In the rgiht hand part of the screen, you can play, delete, or view the transcript of the voicemail. 
4. You can click Audio or Video to callback the caller
5. You can install the WebEx app on your phone and check voicemail or make and receive calls.
