Setup or Update your Voicemail Greeting

IMPORTANT: You must setup your voicemail to begin receiving voicemail on your new phone

 

Setup Voicemail using your Desktop Phone:

Press the Voicemail button on your phone

If asked you default PIN is 159357

Follow the prompts to complete you voicemail setup

 

Update Your Voicemail Greeting using your Desktop Phone:

  1. Press the Voicemail button on your phone
  2. Enter your passcode
  3. Press 1 to access your voicemail box and 3 to record your no answer greeting
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the process. 

Setup or Update Voicemail Using the WebEx App

To setup your voicemail with the WebEx app it is recommended that you use a headset.  If you need a headset, please submit a helpdesk ticket.

 

  1. Open the WebEx App
  2. Click on the Voicemail Icon (refer to image below)
  3. Click on the phone icon to setup voicemail.
  4. The default PIN is 159357.
  5. Follow the prompts
  6. If this is the first time, you will be promted to setup your voicemail
  7. If you have already setup your Voicemail, press 1 to access your voicemail box and 3 to record a new no answer greeting.
