As an employee of the College, you have the ability to host online meetings or webinars via WebEx software to anyone else at the College or anyone on the Internet.
If you would like to use this service, you must submit a ticket to the IT Helpdesk and your account will be created and you will be provided with a brief training overview of the software. You will need to install a client on your computer. A webcam and microphone are required for video and audio. If a microphone is not available, a conference call can be used.
